Dream Mentors, International (aka Dream Mentors) exists to help you reach your destiny. We desire to see every person on the planet connected with a mentor, life coach or counselor.

Dream Mentors is birthed out of Adam & Candice Smithyman’s desire to see EVERYONE come to walk in the special plan and purpose God has for their life.

Dream Mentors is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit organization located in Orange Park, Florida. We were first established as an educational, mentoring and counseling organization. Our programs were so successful that our founders, Adam and Candice Smithyman, who had prior radio and television experience decided to expand the vision to include a worldwide television outreach that would teach and educate any television viewer in the process and steps to pursuing their dreams and destinies. This desire led them to produce a high quality television program that was accepted by the national networks. They desire to see everyone connect with their dreams and be positioned with someone in their local area who can help make this desire happen.

Our objectives are to create an excellent production to advance our mission to meet the needs of those who desire a personal mentor or counselor. We are convinced that as our world becomes more complicated and less personal we will be able to bring back a sense of connection between individuals through the Dream Mentors TV show.

Biographies

Adam Smithyman is President and CEO of Dream Mentors, International.  He is a retired Navy Commander who faithfully served his country in a variety of leadership positions.  He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He has been in radio and television outreach for many years.

Candice Smithyman is the Founder and Executive Director of Dream Mentors International.  She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters of Arts in Human Relations/Counseling.  She is currently working toward her PhD in Counseling.  She is a qualified life coach, mentor, counselor, conference speaker, and author.
